I love the circle-y design, makes everything very interesting. What do you use to make these?

I do these digitally on paint tool sai! The brush I mainly use for my LineArt is the Binary Pen and I also use that for coloring too! (Sketching in the already preset Pencil) :) Thank you for your interest in my art too, I really appreciate it!
